Rushmere is not only Mumford & Sons’ first release in 7 years, but also their first album as a trio, following the departure of banjoist Winston Marshall in 2021.

The title refers to Rushmere Pond on Wimbledon Common, where Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett and Ted Dwane once shared their musical dreams. The album Rushmere is a long walk back to their roots, where folk, pop and punk meet. Expect uplifting, rousing, banjo-driven, uptempo pop songs.
